Kristen Layman PT, DPT, is the Outpatient Clinical Coordinator of the Physical Therapy department at the Mary Rutan Physical Rehabilitation Center. She has been a practicing Physical Therapist for the past 11 years in the outpatient environment. The last 10 years she has worked at Mary Rutan Hospital Physical Rehabilitation Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at John Carroll University in 1999, her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy at Andrews University in 2002 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006 from Creighton University. During her time at MRH, Kristen has assisted in the development of programs including vestibular rehabilitation and pediatric rehabilitation. Kristen is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner/CKTP. She enjoys working with the pediatric population, vestibular patients and orthopedic/sports medicine populations.
