Dr. Mann was born and raised on a farm in the Jackson Center area. She graduated from Miami Valley School of Nursing and was an RN for 15 years before returning to school to pursue her dream. She graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and is a member of various professional groups such as the AMA, AAFP and OSMA.
